This project consisted of the erection of scaffolding in three phases due to scale of the building.

The works undertaken to this property included:

Timber repairs

Renewal of approximately 75% of the existing pitched roof area

Felt and lead works

Rebuilding and waterproofing to balconies and entrance stairwells

High level works via special access platforms
