Our Main Contracting Division can undertake Main Contractor Projects, especially for External Facades Restoration Works. We have Directors and Managers from a Main Contracting background and we have carried out many projects acting as the Main Contractor. Especially for the full restoration of the external faced of period properties.

Our clients vary from Chartered Surveyors, Architects, Managing Agents, Freeholders to the General Public.

Our Team has been at the forefront of the refurbishment and restoration industry for a number of years and we are pleased to offer developers, clients and main contractors a unique building refurbishment service which combines our in-depth knowledge of traditional building techniques with modern management methods.

We are CHAS, Safecontractor and Construction Line Accredited and have all relevant insurance in place to be appointed as a Main Contractor.

We can provide a combination of employed staff and specialist Sub Contractors to provide the following trades:
